and also, her skin isnt that bad maybe a break out here and there...
but the thing is she look soo pretty with it all on! but when she doesnt she looks okay/normal..
NOO wayy she doesnt look like a whore at all!! honistly i cannot even tell she is wearing makeup! it just looks like she has perfect skin and rosey cheeks and pretty eyes!!
shee is going to be 15 in a few months and she is like a pro at makeup shee sooooo good at it!! and she does it soo well that honistly it doesnt look like she wears makeup!

When I was 14 I was already wearing a lot of makeup, but couldn't afford MAC. If she looks great with the makeup on and is able to buy those high-end products, I definitely say go for it.
Makeup, beauty, style, and fashion are all legitimate hobbies to have. If makeup is a passion, interest or hobby of hers...she should go for it. Makeup creates confidence and skill if you want to apply it by becoming a makeup artist or cosmetologist. I don't think there is anything wrong with her wearing that much stuff...Especially if she looks pretty like you said
