How do I style my hair like hers?
I've already asked this but this time I'll try with as little confusion as possible. In this pic Kristen Stewart is the girl in the middle wearing a black dress and converses she's being kissed.

I currently have a scene haircut which I think would help with the volume. I just need to know how to do this and what to use[moose, wax, hairspray, curlers, curling iron, straightener ect.] and what techniques to use.

It looks like she has a lot of volume in her hair. That is set on rollers to get the volume you need. You might be able to do it with hot rollers, or curling iron (if you know how) but the set does not hold well in that case. To get a good strong holding set you need to start with wet hair, and wind it around the right size rollers the correct way.
In order to get as much lift from the rollers, you need to take rather small sections and comb the hair straight out from the head. Roll the hair smoothly from the ends down to the roots, and be sure the roller sits right on the same section the hair comes from. The further down the roller sits, the less volume you get.
You should use some styling aids -- whatever you like. They all are about the same, but some have more stiffness -- depends on what you like. You need to be very careful that the ends are smooth and even around the roller. That is what shows, and if they are bent, or "fish-hooks", it looks frizzy. Use end papers if you need to. Large rollers give you more lift without a lot of curl. You can cut out both ends of soup cans and use them... anything that will give you the shape you want.
The hair needs to be fully dry before you remove the rollers. A hood-type dryer works best. Air drying never seems to work well. If the hair is not completely dry, it will go limp, or frizzy. This is the whole secret -- it has to be dry!!
When cooled off, remove rollers, shake loose, use fingers to shape the curls, and go. If you want to get some control, use a brush as much as needed. The hair will never go straight if it is dry. You can brush all day. You can put some back-combing or back-brushing to give some added lift at the root area. See the videos on instructions there. Ask your mother, or grandmother, for some tips, or to show you how. They were masters at getting volume in their hair!!
If you set your hair with damp hair, or with hot rollers, or the curling iron, you will get a little softer look. Depends on what you want. A little hair spray is alright, but it does tend to make the hair dirty faster. When done properly, you can have the curl in your hair for a couple days. Remember to brush well before you shampoo.
