Face full of makeup at a young age?
I have a friend who wears TONS of makeup. Eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, blush, and lip gloss. When I sleepover her house she takes like 20 minutes doing it all. Sometimes it doesn't even look natural, she had pink eyeliner and blue eyeshadow at the same time. Oh and she is 12! I'm not trying to get all up in her business or anything but I was just wondering what it does to you because she wants me to wear it too. Thanksss!
That's just too much for her age. The amount of products is alright, but pink and blue eyeshadow? What? Why don't you guys have a movie night or something and point out to her how nice natural makeup looks on the actresses... she doesn't have to look like a drag queen to look pretty. The natural look is definitely the way to go. Don't give in to her influences... sounds like she's pressuring you to be like herself...
By the way, makeup doesn't cause premature wrinkles. If anything, it helps the skin... foundation creates a barrier towards the sun (the sun creates premature aging - that's why you should apply sunscreen everyday, no matter how little sun exposure you get, and wear sunglasses). And, as long as you wash it off before going to bed, I don't see how it could make your skin flake and peel and what not.
