For example, neutral makeup shades such as taupe, champagne, camel and even dark chocolate accentuate blue eyes. Eyeliner is yet another indispensable tool for enhancing blue eyes. Coloured eyeliners in brown, camel, taupe, light purple, lavender, silver and gray will all make the eyes look bluer. If you want your eyes to really pop, then select eyeliner shades such as dark brown and charcoal but steer clear of jet black shades.
