hey there!!! okay, so i'm 13 and going into 8th grade. i HATE last year's yearbook picture, so my goal is to make every years' picture better than the last one. i need to know some good ways to do my makeup that won't make me look like a tramp. i need eyeshadow colors, eyeliner tips, lipstick/lipgloss colors, and the best kind of foundations/powders/concealers. i take my picture pretty early in the day (around 10 am), so i'm not worried about the makeup coming off. i'm fair-skinned, have dark brunette hair, blue eyes, and freckles. i also have a little bit of acne 
idk if that influences the foundation or whatever. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE SOOOOOO HELPFUL!!! thanks so much!!!
Some of my favorite foundations is the FLIRT! Sheer foundation from Kohl's it really makes skin look smooth and it feels soft all day. But it is sort of expensive it runs around $14 but it doesn't look cakey and it definitely doesn't seep into pores. Another thing I would get while makeup shopping since you said you have blue eyes is some brown eyeliner. The Neutrogena kind works really well it has a sharpener and a smudger at the end. The way I like to put on eyeliner is to stretch my eye out so it is straight and sketch it along the lash line. I use Covergirl lash blast mascara because it won't clump up on me. And since you said you are only 13 I would use the rule of thumb and say less is always more! I hope your pictures turn out good this year!
