a little about me: i have blonde hair blue-green eyes.
i get achene outburst in between my eyebrows and on my forehead... I also have small eye lashes so.. the mascara im using right now is avon super full and its not working to well on me personally because i have puny eyelashes ha ha.. btw i curl my lashes.. and lashes are Still small and no volume and length .My friend told me i should use Rimmel's-sexy curvers.. also i use almays intense i color in brown topaz.. So if you know a good mascara maybe in brown and a good eyeliner please answer this! (X thanks!
I have the perfect mascara for you. My eyelashes are like yours, small, they don't curl, and I want more volume / length. I would recommend Maybelline The Colossal Volume Express Mascara. They have it in different colors, and in brown, like you wanted.

One of my personal favorite eyeliners is Loreal HIP (High intensity pigments) Gel Liner. They have a whole range of colors. Teal, Purple, Black, Brown, and I think even a dark blue. It even comes with a professional brush. Gel liners are easy to apply, it's a step up from pencils and a good practice before you want to learn how to apply liquid liner. They are really pigmented, and cheap, for only about $10. If you go toWalgreen's, you can buy one, get one free! They last all day. Don't smudge or smear, and are even great for the waterline.
