and how about the prices? Too much. Also, anything about the products would be great!
no actually right now i only wear mascara but my birthday is in a week and I was wondering if this is too much?
It really depends on how much coverage you need 
Never overapply, it's kind of easy to go overboard,
a little more here, and more here, and more here, and suddenly
your whole face is completely drenched in makeup. The things
you have here sound okay, just make sure you don't wear too much:
let the real you shine through (really cheesy, haha)
but seriously, I know you've probably heard this a million times, but
makeup is supposed to enhance your features, not hide them. Maybe
instead of powder, try a tinted moisturizer. It moisturizes your skin, but
it has a bit of pigment (skin colored) in there to even skin tone, cover blemishes,
etc. It's like a foundation, but waaaay more natural looking, it never cakes or flakes
like foundation/ powder. (you still have to remove it at night, though). I'd go easy on
the eyeshadow, more neutral and natural. I really love this concealer I bought from
maybelline, it's called mineral power, it comes in a tube that almost looks like lipgloss,
and the brush is like a lipgloss brush too. It's super blendable, and gives great coverage,
but the almay clear complexion concealer sounds good, too. For eyeliner, I like liquiline blast
by covergirl, because it glides on smooth and creamy on your eye (trust me, it's so important
for the eyeliner to be creamy/smooth, because it's way easier to control the line, plus no tugging on your lid). Black eyeliner can be a bit harsh on some people, so you might want to start out with
a thin line of brown or soft gray. If I were you, my routine would be:
Moisturize with spf 15+ to protect from the sun (and moisturizer helps makeup glide on/ stick
on much better, gives a smooth surface and helps blend makeup)
dot concealer onto blemishes+under eyes if you have dark circles
Smooth a tinted moisturizer all over, or foundation if you need it (tinted moisturizer looks so
natural: be sure to get a shade that matches your skin exactly)
line your eyes veeeery thinly. you don't want to overdo it. If your line ends up too thick or not straight, wipe a cotton swab dipped in your facial lotion across the parts you want to erase, it gets it off.
use mascara, wiggle the want as you move from the roots to the tips SLOWLY
