Best eye liner for tight lining?
I know they're always going to smear a little because the inside of your eye creates tears, but which brand stays best? I've heard revlon and rimmel. So I bought both. The revlon is best so far but it still smudges a little on the outer corners. Is there one that won't smudge at all? I'm going to try the mac kohl liner next, but I've also heard of one called styli-style? Is that any good? What's been your experience? What's the best liner for you when you tight line?
tight lining means lining the bottom rim of the inside of your eye.
You def want a pencil liner as it can be potentially dangerous to use a liquid liner inside the lash line. I use the Rimmel Kohl loners myself and I find it gives excellent results. I also like Annabelle liners since they work just as well as the higher priced brands but are much cheaper.
