What Value EyeShadow Palette and/or Eye Primer Should I Buy?
Shadow--I've been shopping around for a palette with at least 20 pigmented colors. I've been eyeing the Coastal Scents options, and similar types, but I would love to hear your input! I want pressed powder that's not chalky. I would also like to spend less than $30. (Ideally less than $20)
Primer--I have the Smashbox face primer and I really love it but it doesn't work so well on my eyes. As best I can see online most people gush about Urban Decay's Eye Primer Potion, but it costs more than I'd like to spend, which would ideally be under $15.

**I messed up! I've been researching so much that I said Smashbox---but I meant to say I have the HardCandy Primer!
I have the 88 matte coastal scents palette. the onlyt hing i hate about it is that the shadows are incredibly small and tend to blend away. Physician's formula has the pop eyes palettes which i think have like 12 colors, and they are like $10 so its a really good buy.
My lids are incredibly oily and UDPP is just about the only thing that helps me, as well as the Benefit cream shadows and Estee Lauder cream stay in place shadows (but they are more expensive than the primer potion). I think Urban Decay Primer Potion is a good investment though, it lasts you forever
