What is a really good eye shadow primer?
I need one, fast. I'm not a big eye shadow wearer, but I'm subbed to a lot of makeup gurus on YouTube, and there's so many looks that I've been wanting to try out but I can't because I have really oily eye lids. The eye primer I used to use was by ulta beauty pro, it's terrible. I wasted my $20. Is the Urban Decay Primer Potion good? Or the Too Faced Shadow Insurance What would you recommend. I'd really appreciate it, thanks. :]
I much prefer Too Faced to UD. They're pretty darn close in performance, but you don't need a hacksaw to get most of TF out.
Theres also Benefit Stay Don't Stray, which is an eyeshadow and under eye concealor primer. Good if you have issues with dark circles
