What Eyeshadow Primer is the best?
WHICH EYESHADOW PRIMER IS THE BEST OUT OF THESE? from your experience or from what you've heard, etc.
Would it be......
Loreal Decrease,
Clinique Touchbase for eyes,
OR
Smashbox Photofinish lid primer
???
Thanks in advance 
And don't suggest any other primers such as UDPP or Tooface insurance cause I don't have those here in Canada.. 
Smashbox PhotoFinish is the best out of those.
Clinique TouchBase also works really well (:
L'oreal isn't that great though.
So either Clinique or Smashbox should work.
