L"oreal HIP shadow??? Easy 10 pts Picsss?
I just bought the H>I>P shadow, 2 of them,I am new at makeup ( Coudln't help it, I got a discount, for 2 for $10 ) I usually buy MAC, but I don't think that MAC is the only best makeup, so why not try a few, anyway, when I put it on, it wasn't as dramatic as I would like, my question is, what is the diff btw, regular eyeshadow, and pigment
eyeshadow, and should I use a primer before appyling?? ( Usually i use concealer on my lids _)
And can someone tell me the best colors for my skin tone???

It is good to experiment with all different types and colors. Personally I love MAC but i bought my sister a couple of those HIP duos for her bday and she loves them. Yes there is a difference between a pigment and a shadow. Pigments are loose powders and shadows are caked together in a pan. For me pigments are a little harder to work with because the powder gets every where when i try. They best thing to use to have your eye makeup stay all day w/ no creasing is Urban Decay Primer Potion. You put the primer on your eyelids before your shadow and it works great.
