Ever Tried Using Dried Lotion/Moisturizer as Eyeshadow Primer?
I was playing around with some makeup on my sister, and I didn't have any eyeshadow primer to put on her lid.
I decided to use the moisturizer that had dried on the nozzle and applied it because it was sticky. The lotion wasn't hard, it was just exposed to too much air.
Before you say that's not safe to use on the eye, I KNOW. There's specific eye creams for the eye, but I've been using moisturizer all over my face with no problems.
I forgot to look and see if it creased before I removed the makeup a couple hours later, but it seemed to do the job well enough.

It depends on the lids. The oilier the lids, the more it will crease.
