Eye Makeup Concealer?
Unfortunately I have bags under my eyes due to genetics. Are there any good concealers anyone could recommend? My dermatologist recommended Boing by Benefit and Laura Mercier. I know nothing about makeup so help would be huge!
My favorites are Prescriptives Flawless Skin when splurging and Hard Candy Glamoflauge when on a budget.
They both cover under eye circles/bags, blemishes, scars, birth marks, redness etc brilliantly.
