Is there a difference in using a powder brush and a kabuki brush for mineral foundation?
So I use the bare escentuals foundation and I got this set of brushes: http://www.parispresents.com/BAMBOO_6_Piece_Brush_Set_p/et1206.htm and I just use the big powder brush to apply my foundation, but I was wondering, should I invest in a Kabuki brush? They say to use Kabuki brushes for mineral foundation. Like would it be worth it? Or does work just as well to use the powder brush i've been using? 
The whole concept of the kabuki brush is to apply or blend the makeup into your skin. For example if you took a paint brush and dipped it into the paint without take some off. The kabuki brsh picks up a lot of product and able to blend without the use of an additional brush. A powder brush gives a more even amount over the entire face versus an area. Both do the same thing....price and brush quality would be the other difference.
Your product would not look better or worse without the kabuki brush. But blending would be the difference overall.
