Smokey eyes without using too much makeup?
I have blue eyes, blonde eyelashes, and thicker eyebrows. I am only 17, so my rents (well, my dad) are really strict about how much makeup I wear. I usually only wear mascara and a light shimmer around the corners, but i would like to know if it is possible to get smokey eyes...without using too much more makeup than I already do?

This is a pretty close pic to what shape my eyes are and pretty much the same color. My eyebrows are a bit thicker though. Just to have an idea.
I am also really looking for help on how to apply it. That would be nice to know =)
I recommend getting one of these ( http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Eye/Eyeshadow/expert-wear-eye-shadow-trios.htm ) in either Impeccable Grays or Chocolate Mousse. Use the darkest at the outside corner of your eyes, along the top lash-line, and in the crease. You could then use the middle shade on the center of each lid. The lightest would then be used at the brow-bone, though that one could be skipped.
The brown and gray shades have the dual effect of giving a smokey look AND going great with blue eyes. These compacts are also really inexpensive, being no more than five or six dollars, and sold at just about any grocery store, Wal Mart, CVS, Walgreens, et cetera.
