What is the Best Black Kohl Eye Liner you have used?
I'm looking for a substitute for my Rimmerl Black kohl eye liner because although it may be good, for me my new pencil doesn't apply that easily and it smudges very quickly.
I need a black kohl pencil that can last for like 5-6 hours without fading or smudging. Any ideas?
I was thinking if Barry M is good? or the MAC but is £12 worth it? (or however much it costs) And i'm from the UK so only UK brands please not like Covegirl or something because i can't buy it.
