Does the "high BROW" pencil from benefit cosmetics really work?
I was reading a magazine and it had some makeup tips in it and I saw a pencil called "High Brow" by benefit cosmetics.
It claims that you put it under your brow and it gives your eyebrows great arches and gives emphasis your eyes.
Does it really work or am i just going to waste my money??

Don't waste your money. It's just like a lighter than skin color crayon and if you line under your eyebrows you're going to need to smugde it or it's just going to look stupid. And usually, when you smudge it about it'll ruin your eyeshadow that you already have on. I suggest using a light colored eyeshadow. It gives the same effect that "High Brow" claims.
