Bratz and make up??
I have a 12 year old cousin and i am 17. my 12 year old cousin has barly seen her mom and dad because of work. So she lives with me when she was little she used to play with bratz and that got her into make up, she always asked me if she could wear make up at 7 or 9 and i always told her to ask me when she around 12 years old to start talking about make-up. And now she is. I let her put on some shimmer lip gloss but only clear lip closs and i little shimmer and a little light eye shadow for school i don't give her mascara or cover blend. I am still going slow myself. Am i doing the rite thing?? give her make up this age?? am i giving her too much?? And what do you think bratz has done to her?? She wants to wear pure red lip stick, something i don't even wear!!! and dark grey eye shadow!!
I say you're on the right track. Just a little to make her feel older. tell her that the "style" right now is natural- light makeup. You're doing well and tell her that the heavier the makeup the more her own face disappears and becomes one of those plastic ones you see on runways.
